Our client is a leading global consulting firm with clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare industries. The firm provides a wide scope of analytical and strategic services to clients. It employs experts across all the therapeutic areas, in addition to having an impressive list of clients. The Boston office continues to expand, and is seeking an Associate Consultant to join the team.
Associate Consultants take responsibility for significant work that is tied directly to diverse engagements with clients. A large number of the staff come from prestigious backgrounds and work directly with new members of the consulting team, causing the learning curve for new team members to be accelerated. Daily mentoring by Senior Principals in conjunction with the firm’s award winning training program, stimulates continuous learning experiences. A strong emphasis is placed on the importance of balancing work and personal life, while assuring the opportunity for promotion and meaningful assignments.
Our client is seeking degreed graduates from the Life Sciences curriculum and prior internship experiences are a plus. Candidates must have strong communications, analytical and problem solving skills, as well as having an interest in solving complex business decisions and the ability to develop data driven recommendations. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
