Assistant Project Manager
RadPharm is a full service imaging core lab, managing all facets of the imaging segment of global clinical trials, Phases I-IV. RadPharm has the distinct ability to provide centralized, independent, blinded interpretation of images for clinical trials.We provide a complete assessment of the oncology patient by having on-staff Radiologists, Radiation Oncologists, and Clinical Oncologists. We currently have an immediate opening for an Assistant Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the technical and clinical functions required by the study protocol and ensure accurate and timely completion of the stufy to meet Sponsors expectations. Some responsbilities include:§ Executes technical and clinical functions as required by the study protocol in accordance with RadPharm’s SOP’s, GCPs, ICH and FDA guidelines.§ Under the direction of the Project Manager, implements the protocol/project plan.§ Understands the imaging requirements of each study and assists in the protocol/project initiation plan including charters. § In collaboration with the Project Manager, helps to identify/define the required resources for protocol/project.§ Tracks study progress. Identifies scope of work, priorities, timelines and processes relative to the protocol/project.§ Under the direction of the Project Manager, supports study team with all aspects of the protocol/project.§ Assists the Project Manager in the daily supervision of the project team. § Records raw data (source documents, CRFs, etc).§ Enters, maintains and tracks data in the computer databases.§ Participates in the development, review, revision and evaluation of departmental SOP’s, study specific procedures and databases used to manage assigned clinical trials.§ Frequent liaisons with sponsor, contract research organizations (CRO) and investigator sites staff.§ Identifies and communicates study related issues to the Project Manager. Participates in site/sponsor issue resolution.§ Ensures confidentiality of study protocols and subjects is maintained.§ Ensures security of all radiologic images and study/regulatory documents.§ Participates in sponsor site visits and audits as requested.§ Interacts with all customers appropriately and professionally. § Collaborates with the Project Manager to resolve technical/radiological/study concerns and problems. § Participates in the performance improvement process.§ Participates in the development, review and evaluation of SOPs and study specific procedures.§ Maintains a safe work environment. Reports workplace hazards immediately.
