Assistant Director of Pharmacy

 

GLC Associates has an exciting opportunity for a Assistant Director of Pharmacy to join a growing organization. 

 

 Process patient and department charges accurately/timely Use Econotherapeutics in formulary control Responsible for all drug storage and preparation in the hospital Establish standards/training for sterile product preparation Participate in Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) committee Communicate all pertinent P&T information Design, implement, and maintain all pharmacy Qualifying Individual (QI) activities Manage staff pharmacists and technicians (train, develop, hire and terminate)

Requirements


Qualified candidates will have a B.S in Pharmacy or a PharmD with a current Maryland Pharmacist license.  Prior management or supervisory experience in a Hospital setting is preferred.
