Asset Management Coordinator/Project Manager

 

EquipNet’s Asset Management Coordinators are the primary liaison between EquipNet and our clients on various disposition projects. They proactively manage client communications with regard to the  projects to ensure EquipNet is exceeding clients’ expectations. 

 

The ideal candidate will have experience managing capital assets within our industries manufacturing and R&D environments and proven ability to:

 Manage project tasks remotelyProvide transaction support Communicate project results and progress towards goalDevelop customer relationshipsManage client and stakeholder expectations

 

EquipNet’s Asset Management Coordinators fill a multifaceted role and must have the ability to multitask, be detailed oriented, have excellent communication skills and be proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications.

 

In this role, EquipNet’s Asset Management Coordinator will interface with various departments including Finance/Accounting, IT, Marketing, Operations, and Sales.  Major responsibilities will include:

 

§ Ensuring accurate inventory listings on www.EquipNet.com

§ Identifying and liaising with manufacturing facility personnel

§ Generating clients reports on inventory, sales and cash flow

§ Reviewing monthly client statements for sales and expenses

§ Periodic review and marketing of client inventory

§ Coordinating equipment marketing

§ Transaction management and troubleshooting
