Aseptic Core Monitor In this role you will perform in a management development role in small volume manufacturing. You will monitor the aseptic core to insure continuous compliance with good manufacturing procedures and aseptic technique. You will also train aseptic core personnel on proper aseptic gowning procedures, aseptic technique and related good manufacturing procedures. Additionally, you will conduct evaluations of area personnel and environment in the aseptic core and provide corrective action when necessary.To be successful in this position, you must possess: Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in chemistry, biology or similar science Minimum of 1-2 years industrial experience Minimum of 12-18 months of on-the-job training Strong oral/written communication skills Leadership capability, project accomplishment and the ability to work well with others Capability to rapidly absorb technical data and apply this knowledge to the aseptic core work environment Ability to work off-shifts and weekends Experience in a clean room environment is desirable Ability to work inside the aseptic filling area daily Hospira offers a balanced work culture as well as competitive compensation and benefits.
