We're part of a team that's making a difference in the quality of people's lives.Think What's Possible.Identify, define, develop, lead, drive and execute projects or programs that enhance Novartis relationships with medical experts, including but not limited to: medical expert development, clinical trial accrual programs and relationship management programs, etc. Partner with line functions on the development and execution of training programs (i.e. mechanism of action, disease states, etc.) for internal personnel - including field based MSLs. Support associates within the organization in developing effective and innovative learning solutions. Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally (i.e. consultants, advisors, medical experts and professional societies). Identify and screen appropriate vendors and solicit, evaluate and approval of proposals. Manage all financial and contractual aspects of assigned projects (i.e. strategies for conventions).QualificationsMust possess a BA/BS with a focus on science or marketing or equivalent experience a must. Minimum of eight years of pharmaceutical industry experience required, with at least four years of oncology experience. Prior field and marketing experience in a highly competitive market preferred. Individual must possess excellent communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills, leadership, presentation skills and strong project management expertise. Individual must possess multi-tasking and advanced organizational skills and strategies to facilitate oversight of simultaneous projects and programs.
