RxAmerica, a leading provider of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) solutions, has a full time opportunity for an Ancillary Clerk in our Specialty Pharmacy department. This person will serve as the member's first contact for RxAmerica's Specialty Pharmacy program and will ensure member satisfaction is achieved regarding the specialty pharmacy program. Requires making outgoing calls to members for refill orders when needed. Will triage incoming telephone calls to appropriate pharmacy tech or pharmacist.
