We assess our client's current technology needs and assist with systems design and implementation to improve both enterprise-wide integration and profitability.  Through our long-term partnerships with many of the world's leading technology companies we can offer extremely cost effective implementation to our clients.  Deloitte Consulting's Technology Integration (TI) offerings include:    - Systems Development - Business Integration & Optimization - Platform Architecture & Infrastructure - Information Management - IT Strategy & Management Our Technology Integration service line is currently looking for Senior Consultants with the following experience:     Senior Consultants must have: - 2-4+ years experience with 2-4+ years experience in IT strategy or IT lead roles in a Management Consulting firm. - Advanced Metering Implementation experience, including areas such as Meter Installation processes, Meter Data Management implementations, Systems Integration implementations, and Program Management - Demonstrated prior experience in managing teams through design, development, and/or operations of complex technology environments (programs, applications, systems and/or infrastructure) (5-15+ resources) - Demonstrated prior experience in managing technology assessments and developing strategic recommendations - Ability to articulate leading business issues and trends, including the associated technology implications within one or more industries - Demonstrated experience in business process improvement, leveraging information and technology - Significant Metering Implementation experience, including areas such as Meter Installation processes, Meter Data Management software implementations, Systems Integration implementations, and overall Program Management Ideal candidates will also have a strong background and experience in at least one of the following areas:   Technology Innovation - Leveraging emerging technologies (advanced metering, smart meter, meter data management) to create completely new business models and potentially disruptive strategies for revenue enhancement and cost efficiency   IT Strategy & Alignment - Delivering IT Strategies driven both from a top down analysis starting with an articulated business strategy and a bottom up technology capability analysis.  Experiences include: - IT/Business Alignment - IT Transformation - IT Organization/Operating Models - IT Assessment/Due Diligence - Improving Business Performance - Developing Functional Strategies   Enterprise Architecture - Delivering both the blueprinting and capabilities required to effectively deliver IT capabilities within an organization.  Experiences include: - Enterprise Architecture Assessment - Application & Infrastructure Consolidation - Data Management - Application/Technology Selection   IT Effectiveness - Assistingclients in formalizing the tools and processes needed to understand how IT resources and programs create shareholder (business) value, and how to improve IT resource allocation to maximize value.  Experiences include: - IT Performance Management - IT Portfolio Management - IT Sourcing/Outsourcing/Offshoring - IT Cost Allocation/Chargeback - IT Cost Reduction - IT Talent and Resource Management - IT Compliance/Risk Management - Program Leadership/PMO - IT Merger Integration   In addition to the specific technical skills described above, all of our candidates need experience working in a relevant technical role, either with another consultancy, with a vendor or within an enterprise IT team.   Our practitioners work in integrated project teams on a range of projects covering the entire lifecycle from planning through to design, development and the deployment of solutions. These project teams will often include specialists from other technical disciplines from within theconsulting practice and from our clients.
