Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Administrative/Clerical Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Company: Devon Consulting, Clinical Division Email: Apply by Email Reference Code: SATA825 Administrative and Resources Purchasing Representative Our client, a large pharamceutical organization is seeking a person to support an Administrative and Resources Department at their Tucson Research Center. The position requires performance in administrative, purchasing and support oriented tasks which include but are not limited to researching availability, quality, and pricing of various library building materials (chemicals); processing orders via ERM and ARIBA tools; processing and resolving delivery related issues, processing returns, resolving issues related to orders and invoices; general clerical tasks support to the Administrative and Scientific communities in ERM and ARIBA as a super user of the tools. Provide backup support to Administrative area such as MSDS entries, postage and mailing and other misc Administrative tasks.Preferred Skills* Prefer experience in on-line purchasing system such as ERM and Ariba Inventory and ordering software.* Demonstrated strong analytical and decision making abilities.* Demonstrated ability to set and meet priorities.*Requires working knowledge of basic computer operations and office software applications (i.e. Outlook). Experience with Excel/Accord - creating reports which include formula based reports and experience in Word.* Requires excellent phone, written and verbal communication skills within site and external communities.* Requires good organizational and filing skills and ability to work independently with some supervision.* Excellent English language sufficient.Education Requirements Degree in either Chemistry or Biology OR Degree in Accounting, Business or Procurement with fundamental understanding of Chemistry and Biology principals.* Prefer experience in ordering chemicals or scientific related supplies OR knowledge in sourcing methodologies Find An IT Job Find A Clinical Job Click here to learn about the benefits provided to Devon Consultants
