Administrative Assistant/Reception- $24 - 29k

Our client, a highly successful professional services firm in the Raleigh area, has a terrific opportunity for a bright, skilled and highly capable administrative assistant.  This position involves a variety of tasks ranging from those very clerical in nature, to other, independent, special administrative projects.  We need a very sharp and versatile professional with a strong customer service-orientation and a highly professional communication style for this key role.

The primary responsibility of this role is front office coordination.  This includes reception, meet & greet, message relay, mail, supplies, etc...  Additionally, this role handles administrative support including data input, filing, invoice tracking, special projects, correspondence, spreadsheets, etc...  The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, the ability and desire to multi-task, and a self-directed approach to tackling given responsibilities.

Selected candidates will present a roll-up-your-sleeves work style and a positive, team-oriented attitude.  The ability to engage customers/clients and make them feel welcome and assisted is critical.  Solid MS Office skills also needed (primarily Word and Excel).  Some accounting background a plus.
