Administrative Assistant/Pharmaceuticals
International firm seeks a bright and experienced administrative assistant to support their US partners and associates while interfacing frequently with their European based clients. This individual will be the primary point of contact and liaison.
Duties include travel arrangements, schedule coordination, expense reports, and other general administrative duties. Other responsibilities will include power point presentations and manual distribution. Prior experience in pharmaceuticals would be extremely helpful.
The work attributes required are excellent verbal and written skills, the ability to maintain excellent working relationships with others, the ability to arrange meetings and handle a broad variety of deadline oriented tasks and outstanding organization skills.
