Administrative Assistant (Pharmaceutical) - $38-$40K
Our client, a rapidly-expanding pharmaceutical firm in the Raleigh area has excellent opportunity for top-notch Administrative Support Professional with knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. Company is experiencing tremendous growth, has engaged a smart, collaborative and quality-driven team and seeks a very sharp and capable administrator who is eager to contribute in such a setting.
The ideal candidate is a skilled, versatile administrative professional who combines excellent organizational/project management skills with very strong computer skills (Lotus Notes, MS Office Suite), solid problem solving skills, a broad range of administrative capabilities and a naturally diplomatic communication style. Must be comfortable handling both the required clerical tasks, along with the more challenging, analytical projects (and must be willing to do both with equal diligence). Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry desirable.
