Job Description Acount Manager Position Summary:This individual will be responsible for supporting and driving lease growth within Thermo Fisher Scientific, specifically the Process Instruments Division and Environmental Instruments Division. They will be responsible for developing relationships within these groups, implementing product specific lease marketing plans, processing transactions, and training sales teams. The goal of this individual will be to continue to grow and maintain already established business within these two divisions. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:This position requires a Bachelor's degree or higher as well as a minimum of 2-5 yrs. selling experience. Competencies include proven customer service skills, track record for building and developing relationships and excellent verbal and written skills. An ideal candidate would be self-motivated, a team player, and someone who puts the needs of our customers as a top priority. They would need to be able to sell leasing value and benefits to both customers and the sales force. The candidate will be required to travel 30-40% of their time. Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:-Demonstrated ability to operate independently, with iniative and integrity. -Experience within company or other Life Science Company a plus. -Strong presentation, analytical and customer service skills complimented by an aggressive and solutions-oriented background. -Successful record of account or territory management and development Education: BachelorsJob Level: Manager
