APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST - SAP (WM) The commitment to employees is reflected in our total compensation and benefits package that includes competitive salaries and incentive compensation programs, career opportunities offering both personal and professional growth; a 401(k) plan that matches up to an additional 10% of your pay each year; a stock purchase plan that allows you to buy company stock at 15% below market; comprehensive medical and dental plans that provide coverage for you and your family with nominal employee cost; life and disability protection programs and so much more! We have an outstanding career opportunity for a successful Application Support Analyst - SAP (WM) located in our Upper Saddle River, New Jersey offices. Responsibilities include: • Configuration and end-user support for SAP applications - specifically Warehouse Management/Inventory Management • Execution of complex configuration changes to support new or changing business processes • Evaluation of new releases and/or support packs within realm of expertise and provide recommendations on whether these changes should be applied to production • Analyze business requirements, working closely with the project management team and business personnel Position Requirements include: • BS degree in computer science or a related field • Minimum of 3 years related experience in a pharmaceutical, medical device or consumer product industry preferred • 3-4 years of SAP configuration and end-user support experience in warehouse management (WM) including focus on delivery processing, transfer order creation/processing, inventory management, SAP console and RF applications • Configuration experience in the MM, SD or PP modules is a plus • Experience with 1-2 full project life cycle implementations and go-lives required • Live implementation and/or version upgrade experiences are a plus • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, resolution/troubleshooting and project management skills • Knowledge of SAP module integration and downstream impacts • Understanding of SAP master data and organizational structures • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proven problem identification and resolution skills • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
