APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST - SAP (Warehouse Management)

We have an outstanding career opportunity for a successful Application Support Analyst - SAP (WM) located in our Upper Saddle River, New Jersey offices. Responsibilities include: • Configuration and end-user support for SAP applications - specifically Warehouse Management/Inventory Management • Execution of complex configuration changes to support new or changing business processes • Evaluation of new releases and/or support packs within realm of expertise and provide recommendations on whether these changes should be applied to production • Analyze business requirements, working closely with the project management team and business personnel Position Requirements include: • BS degree in computer science or a related field • Minimum of 3 years related experience in a pharmaceutical, medical device or consumer product industry preferred • 3-4 years of SAP configuration and end-user support experience in warehouse management (WM) including focus on delivery processing, transfer order creation/processing, inventory management, SAP console and RF applications • Configuration experience in the MM, SD or PP modules is a plus • Experience with 1-2 full project life cycle implementations and go-lives required • Live implementation and/or version upgrade experiences are a plus • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, resolution/troubleshooting and project management skills • Knowledge of SAP module integration and downstream impacts • Understanding of SAP master data and organizational structures • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proven problem identification and resolution skills • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
