2nd Shift - Sr Electrical Maintenance Technician
2nd Shift - Sr Electrical Maintenance Technician Baxter International Inc., assists healthcare professionals and their patients with the treatment of complex medical conditions, including cancer, hemophilia, immune disorders, kidney disease and trauma. The company applies its expertise in medical devices, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Performs troubleshooting, testing, maintenance and repairs to HVACR systems, chillers, pneumatic controls, building automation systems, VAV systems, air compressors, vacuum pumps, water pumps, rooftop A/C units, boilers, autoclave, WFI Distribution, D I systems, Multi-effect stills, research and lab equipment and process controls and equipment with little or no supervision. Performs maintenance and repairs to building structural systems when required. Responsible for the accuracy, clarity and compliance of all documentation i.e. PM task sheets, Work Orders, Logbooks, etc generated during the work shift. Performs all duties in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), the Baxter Health care Quality Manual (BQM), and Facility SOPs. QUALIFICATIONS: 10 plus years experience. Must have experience in PLC's, pneumatics, AC/DC drives, controls (transducers, instruments and logic) and troubleshooting. Must be willing to assist with some mechanical work such as replacing valves, gaskets, seals, diaphragms and pumps. I deal candidate will have pharma experience.
