We are now hiring qualified Account Executives to be a part of our winning team

 

Qualifications:

 

 * 2 years + experience dealing with brokers

 * Motivated self starter willing to put in the time and effort necessary to succeed

 * Must not be satisfied with making less than 10k per month!

 * Extensive knowledge of loan origination with strong business development skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new clientele (brokers), and maintaining an ongoing relationship with existing clientele with an emphasis on FHA mortgage lending.

Additional Responsibilities Include:Obtain loan applications from Brokers that meet FHA guidelines. Meet with prospective Brokers. Explains application process, fees involved, different programs available, etc. Submits loan application to processing. Keeps brokers aware of process (credit report/appraisal has been ordered) Obtains paperwork needed for submission to Underwriting (including but not limited to paycheck stubs, W-2's, tax returns, Bank statements, etc.) Advises brokers of Underwriting decisions If an approval or suspense, request items that will satisfy underwriting conditions. Assist processing with pushing loans to close. Coordinate with Management to meet and exceed sales volume goals.
