As a Business Sales Phone Banker in the Wells Fargo National Business Banking Center, you would learn about Wells Fargo Business Customers, banking products, services, operating systems, and culture. You will use your knowledge to resolve customer inquiries regarding complex and routine financial services and banking transactions. Completes necessary system navigation and call tracking. Answering calls in a 24 hour inbound call center Handles situations which require deviation from standard scripts and screens. Completes necessary system navigation and call tracking. Communicates with business customers and other bankers extensively Researches information online utilizing multiple software programs Meeting or exceeding SALES QUOTAS by promoting Wells Fargo business products and services in the form of sales referrals Responsible for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from customers regarding financial products and services and referring difficult problems to specialists Responsible to develop and maintain knowledge on a variety of financial products and services Handles over 80 calls per day with the intent of providing customer satisfaction and retention Handles situations which require deviation from standard scripts and screens Minimum Qualifications: One year of proven customer service experience One year of proven sales experience cross-selling, up-selling, telemarketing, or direct sales Computer skills a must! Advanced ability to use PC Windows s applications Ability to multitask and access multiple software systems simultaneously Positive and friendly demeanor and good work ethics Professional and articulate speaker with excellent interpersonal skills Experienced in identifying and resolving complex customer issues Advanced experience in actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner Experienced in interacting appropriately and confidentially with all levels of staff and management Thrives in a fast-paced, highly structured environment Strong time-management skills are a must!
