Our client is looking for an entrepreneurial Investment & Insurances leader who can combine industry best practices with the innovative investment solutions necessary to build a “best in class” program. The potential is enormous!
The successful candidate will expand market share, increase profitability, retain existing clients as well as ensure sound operational management. This position will also perform Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction as deemed appropriate by regulatory bodies. The Vice President of Investment & Insurance Services will serve as a strategic leader and partner within the credit union overseeing and executing program initiatives, manage a superior high quality staff of investment consultants, develop and instill a spirit of innovation, commitment and success to this rapidly growing progressive credit union.
This individual must possess an exceptional level of intellectual, professional and interpersonal agility and flexibility, combined with strong analytical and problem solving skills. He or she will possess a creative nature that will keep pace with the strategic and organizational demands of the organization. The candidate will be a natural, proactive leader with an effective, supportive management style and possess the special energy required to play a leading role and will be persuasive and articulate with an ability to be effective without relying on formal authority. Finally, this individual will demand of himself/herself and others the highest level of personal and professional integrity.
Candidates must have at least 5 years experience in a senior management role within a financial institution. A Master’s Degree is preferred. NASD Series 7, 24, 66 (or 65 & 63) and CA Life Agent Licenses.
