We are a unique, aggressive financial services company, specializing in non-prime consumer lending.  We have been conducting business since 1999.  Currently we operate in several states, and plan to expand throughout the U.S. Our corporate office is in Sunrise, Florida, just outside of Fort Lauderdale. 

 

Candidates will have a proven track record of personally developing and implementing successful operational processes within an entrepreneurial business, from the ground up.

 

The role of this position is to execute the following duties, reporting directly to the President of the company:

 

· Develop, grow and implement the sub-prime consumer lending business, with a hands-on management style.

· Have P&L responsibilities, forecasting & budget preparation.

· Work closely with the Strategic Management team to develop and implement a strategic plan to advance the mission, vision, and goals of the Company.

· Oversee and manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Company, including service delivery, financial performance, human capital management, contract negotiation, and compliance.

· Manage, coach and mentor all personnel within the company to foster an employee culture that supports the Company’s strategy to become an “employer of choice.”

· Establish measurable individual performance objectives for direct reports and regularly evaluate their performance against individual and organizational objectives.

· Create and implement an employee performance program to make each employee 100% accountable/ pay-for- performance driven.

· Have experience with IT functions related to the business.

· Customer relations.

· Oversee all legal & document processing.

· Identify and implement technology enhancements to ensure optimal productivity of the company. 

· Oversee all Federal & State compliance issues.

· Long range planning & implementation.

· Attend conferences & business related functions to stay up to date on all of the current competition & trends within the business.

 

Qualifications: 7 yrs prior experience in a similar role involving all of the above responsibilities.Demonstrated leadership & mentoring skills.Demonstrated experience understanding IT functions.Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Windows applications (Outlook and Excel), access databases, crystal, SQL or other reporting tools.Demonstrated experience of effectively functioning in a rapidly changing, multiple priority, and entrepreneurial and results-oriented / 100% accountable environment.The position requires strategic thinking, well developed interpersonal and strong project management skills.Proven record of bringing projects from conception to completion.Demonstrated understanding of Human Capital Management & performance measurement tools.Call center management experience a plus.Bachelors’ degree in business or related field.
