Job Summary: Manage staff responsible for all Financial Planning & Analysis activities for one of the largest mortgage servicers in the U.S.

 

Duties:

1. Coordinate and prepare the annual profit plan and periodic reforecast of company financial performance with identification of potential risks and opportunities, and major assumption sensitivity analysis.

2. Prepare well thought out, conclusive, presentation ready ad hoc analytical projects. Project scope could be any business issue in the company.

3. Provide financial support to all company operations and staff areas.

4. Provide all financial projections and performance analysis for the insurance operations.

5. Prepare and monitor key performance indicators for opportunities for improvement and control over operations.

6. Provide self-generated/proactive high impact analysis and recommendations that drive bottom line improvement.

 

Specifications & Requirements:

1.  Minimum of 5 years experience, managing a Financial Planning and Analysis function in a financial services company.

2.  Mortgage experience, a plus.

3.  Highly effective at analyzing and interpreting data, identifying key business issues, modeling alternatives, and presenting recommendations.

4.  Good oral and written communication skills.

5.  Demonstrated leadership abilities.

6.  Advanced skills in Excel, (SQL and SAS, a plus).
