For more information, please visit www.prudential.com Description:Responsible for all of the operations of Prudential Retirement Participant Service Center (PSC) functions. Directs the PSC long-range call center planning and program development, as well as, defines and plans the achievement of corporate goals and objectives across all call center departments. Provides strategic planning, monitors services, directs and prepares studies to determine operational effectiveness, and revises programs to increase quality and productivity. Primary responsibilities associated with operational efficiencies and running of call centers.Requirements:* Requires 10+ years of call center operations management experience * Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to operate in a team environment * A drive for excellence and results * Strategic leadership skills with the ability to successfully partner across organizational lines * Leadership attributes and executive presence * Solid managerial skills and the ability to develop subordinates * Ability to think strategically and view business challenges from an overall Prudential Retirement perspective * NASD Series 6, 63, and 26 registrations must be obtained within 120 days of employment in this position.
