6 mo. plus contract - most likely go long term, possibly perm for a Sr. Unix Security Systems Administrator. Canddiate must have proven experience providing advanced support and implementation of distributed systems focusing on security and security solutions. Must have 5+ years experience - ability to lead Security level 1 issues, identify risks in production issue resolutions, etc. Mentor Junior administrators provide training on appropriate software and hardware. Ideal caniddate will have their CISSP certification, or other security certifications, 3-5 years experience with Scripting, programming in Perl, Bash, - knowledge of Java or .NET technologies. Strong secure server configuration and operation experience, UNIX, LINUX, SOLARIS, and MS environments.
