Responsibilities: via telephone, you will respond to customers' inquiries regarding a wide range of bank products and services: resolve customer concerns by providing consultative services and demonstrating strong problem solving dkills; cross sell additional product, generate new business and support service/marketing/sales campaigns.

Flexible shift start time: 11:00am - 1:15pm Monday through Friday. Rotating Sunday and Saturday hours required: hours 8:00am - 5:00pm. Compensating time off during the week may vary.

Ability to multi-task, 3 to 5 year s banking customer service is required, 3 to 5 years sales experience is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional telephone etiquette.
