Job Description:

This job description reflects multiple grades.

Conduct trust examinations and reviews of fiduciary activities
at regional and community banks including planning, organizing, and controlling examination or inspection activities, and supervising assigned staff.

Prepare written examination reports that are well-supported and reflect critical, independent thinking.

Conduct meetings with senior management and, as deemed appropriate, boards of directors of supervised institutions to communicate examinations findings and recommendations.

Provide on-the job training and performance feedback to less experienced examiners who assist on the field assignments.

Participate on System supervisory activities and other resource sharing opportunities as presented.

Evaluate operational, legal, and reputational risks stemming from fiduciary activities as well as the corresponding risk management strategies to mitigate these risks.

Maintain current knowledge on the industry developments, changes in legislation, and changes in banking regulations. 

Requirements: 
Bank examination or audit/compliance experience in the area of trust and fiduciary activities (4+ years preferred).

Undergraduate/graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and creative skills.

Ability to interact effectively with peers and all levels of management.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong personal computer skills.

Ability to travel up to 60 % of the time.

Salary and professional working conditions are attractive, with benefits that can equal up to 40% of your salary. 

Work Schedule:  Monday -- Friday
