Qualifications:The Training Specialist should have at least 3 years of experience in a technical training capacity. The Training Specialist should understand the fundamentals of software training, and be able to demonstrate skills in designing and developing training materials. Excellent presentation skills are a must, as the Training Specialist will conduct client and internal training sessions. The Training Specialist must demonstrate the ability to plan and manage multiple projects within time and budget constraints. The Training Specialist should be comfortable working in a team environment, able to communicate with several different organizational levels of financial institution representatives, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate creative thinking and problem solving abilities. The Training Specialist should be detail-oriented and able to work autonomously in a fast paced environment. Prior experience in the Financial Services, Electronic Payments, or eBanking industries is a plus, as well as a working knowledge of general Internet technologies.Experience in the design and development of computer based courseware and experience with Cash Management/ACH processing a strong plus. The Training Specialist should possess the ability to perform at a basic level (with minimal supervision) the following tasks:• Identifying needs and problems• Writing instructional goals• Understanding the target audience• Outlining course content• Selecting instructional strategies• Creating course material, procedures and job aids• Creating effective program assessments• Evaluating course success to objectives• Conducting training in a classroom and online setting Education Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred but not Responsibilities:The Training Specialist is responsible for educating FIS eBanking financial institution customers on Online Banking, Bill Pay, and Online Cash Management solutions. The Training Specialist is responsible for the design, development, update, and delivery of all Online Banking and Bill Pay solution training presentation materials and documentation. Documentation preparation involves working closely with an Instructional Designer, in which case the Training Specialist will act as an internal consultant in the application of designing and developing training and education materials for process, products and services. The Training Specialist also administers the schedule and logistics of all training.
