Title Management Lead

Summary

Under occasional supervision, this position exists to coordinate and direct the daily duties of a moderate size team (4 individuals). Employee will be the team lead and subject matter expert for the Title Management team. In this role, the employee will direct coach and lead the lending support representatives, work with management and analysts to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, and resolve escalated issues with branch and membership. This position and the team are responsible for follow-up and finalizing collateral on all secured loan. Other duties are outlined below.

 

Responsibilities

•

• Manage, coach, and lead team of lending support representatives.
• Work closely with Retail Lending management and analysts to assure proper staffing, system and process optimization, and general effectiveness.
• Address escalated branch, sales channel, and member issues
• Assist members, dealers and branch staff in person and on the phone
• Maintain Texans Tracking Systems queue
• Perform all title work (securing Texans lien, lien releases, duplicates, mailing titles and verifications)
• Process letter of Guarantees to insurance companies
• Manage following reports: Paid Off Report, GAP Report, MRC Report and any other reports as designated.
• Manage various title/lending related General Ledgers
• Verify all Retail Lending documents to ensure signatures, fees collected and necessary documents have been completed.


 

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Leadership, management, and coaching skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills
• Consumer Lending experience; Small Business Lending experience a plus
• Customer/member service experience a plus
