Career Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Company: First Citizens Bank Teller Supervisor Position Description To supervise all Teller Operations such as coaching, training and scheduling duties within a branch according to established policies and procedures. The incumbent will maintain a productive working relationship, on a daily basis, with the Branch Manager and her/his staff within the branch. The incumbent will also serve as a working Teller as needed. Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED. At least 2 years of bank teller experience.Candidates must successfully complete pre-employment Teller Assessment and post-employment teller training and computer classes.Other Required QualificationsDemonstrated ability to effectively utilize a personal computer. Good oral & written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate and coach others through knowledge of bank operations. Basic mathematical skills with ability to perform basic math problems. Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and concentrate in spite of distractions. Ability to identify, think through and solve problems accurately and efficiently. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
