This is a part time, on call position to work at our Ballard, Queen Anne and Wedgwood branches. HomeStreet Bank is seeking upbeat and energetic individuals with stellar customer service skills to work in a variety of bank branches in the Seattle/Tacoma region on an on call basis. As our Customer Service Representative, you will perform a variety of teller services such as processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments, greeting customers and maintaining customer accounts. This is a part-time position that will typically be scheduled to work less than 20 hours in a week, Monday through Friday. No weekends! We can be flexible to meet your needs.You must be able and willing and able to travel within the hub of assigned branches to provide coverage for current branch employees who are on vacation, on leave or in training. Training will be provided. Minimum 6 months experience in cash handling and customer service required. Demonstrated sales skills preferred. Must possess strong customer relations skills with a commitment to providing high quality service. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus.
