Teller (FT) wanted for the greater Los Angeles area.

Water and Power Community Credit Union (WPCCU) a $500 million credit union in Los Angeles is currently seeking Full-Time Teller for our one of our Los Angeles area Branches.


This is a great opportunity to get hands on experience and get started on a career!  We are seeking an energetic individual to work in our branch network as a Teller. This position is part of the branch team and is responsible for performing basic banking transactions such as cashing checks, taking deposits, and balancing. In addition to the teller transaction duties, the candidate is also responsible for working with the entire branch team to generate cross-sale opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year customer service, retail sales and one year cash handling experience. High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required. This person must have good communication skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, and Basic Internet Browser.

 

This individual needs to be able to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and occasional Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
