Teller Coordinator
In addition to completing advanced or complex teller transactions, performs lead teller functions such as scheduling employees, conducting performance reviews with branch manager and participating in selection of Tellers. Completes operational functions such as approving transactions, cash control, branch security and internal control. Identifies sales referral opportunities and makes appropriate referrals. Participates in sales campaigns as identified. Ensures that all Teller employees are aware of, and participating in, achievement of sales and service goals. Supports branches with service oriented/higher consumer market transactions. Typically supervises 3 - 5 employees. Requirements: Minimum two years of successful teller experience. Prior supervisory experience. Advanced Teller and Basic Sales & Service skill set.
