TELLER COORDINATOR- 2 (Teller Manager)    Job Duties Description- Completes advanced and complex teller transactions. Responsible for teller scheduling and workflow. Participates in the teller selection process, provides input for effective skill development and performance reviews for Tellers in coordination with branch management. Provides input for appropriate disciplinary/corrective action as needed .Completes operational functions such as approving transactions, cash control, branch security, internal control and reporting.  Coaches other tellers on how to identify referral opportunities. Ensures that all Tellers are aware of, and participating in, achievement of sales and service goals.Supports a traditional branch (Tier 2 or Tier 4), where the environment demonstrates increasingly higher complex mix of consumer and business sales, transactions  and unavoidable losses and sales opportunity is moderate to high . Ensures compliance by other tellers of operational and risk management policies and procedures. Coaches/mentors other tellers regarding conducting Tag-ons, referrals and delivery of superior service. Approximately 60% of time spent on customer transactional activities and operational functionsMinimum Requirements: High School education or equivalent. Considerable exposure to cash management and handling, account reconciliation, and oversight responsibility as would be obtained from two or more years of Teller activities in a financial institution and 1 yr. oversight experience.
