Understand Financial Center products and services to proactively educate clients on options. Refer sales opportunities to appropriate specialists. Ensure the safety and security of client's and Citibank's assets by complying with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.Exceptional client service orientation, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Demonstrated relationship building skills. Solid qualitative, quantitative and problem solving skills. High level of integrity. Ability to handle complex and multiple priorities. Experience in customer contact environment. Sales, cashier or other money-handling experience desired. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
