Telemarketing Call Center Supervisor Needed
Busy Long Island call center is looking for a Telemarketing Supervisor to run its appointment setting operation. Applicants must possess the following characteristics:
· Highly motivated
· High Energy
· Ability to supervise and motivate others
· Organized
· Reliable
· Proficient at Word and Excel
About the Position:
You will be responsible for the success of our growing call center operation. You will be directly supervising 12 to 15 telemarketers who are calling businesses to set appointments for our sales team. You will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, motivating and training new telemarketers. This position requires you to have a high level of energy as you will need to keep your team motivated at all times.
Details:
Ø Monday to Friday
Ø 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Ø $700 a week plus commissions
Ø Review after 6 months
Ø Prior call center supervisory experience a plus
