Technical Product Analyst

The candidate will be joining the Remote Computing & Access Solutions Technical Product Management unit of the Emerging Solutions Product Management group within ITI - User Services & Operations. Act as the primary point of contact for all things related to Remote Computing & Remote Access related Product ManagementDefine, design, and document robust, scaleable, and supportable Remote Access solutions (i.e. Citrix, Checkpoint, Nortel, iPass, ISS, etc.) for the organization.Define, design, and document robust, scaleable and supportable Application Delivery solutions (i.e. Citrix, Softricity, etc.) for the organizationDefine, design, and document robust, scaleable and supportable Virtual Desktop solutions (i.e. Citrix, VMware, etc.) for the organizationDefine, design, and document robust, scaleable and supportable End User experience and reporting solutions (i.e. Citrix EdgeSight, etc.) for the organizationLiaise and interact effectively with various Product Management, Sourcing, Project Management, and Engineering teamsDisseminate complex concepts to other engineering and support teamsInterface with our internal clients to understand their requirements and scope the work effort from a manpower, financial, and timeframe perspectiveInterface with Engineering resources to deliver products and solutions and confirm the quality of the delivered productHelp lead and define strategy and roadmaps based on business requirements, market conditions and industry trends across divisionsHelp lead and manage the life cycle of products and servicesHelp identify and develop new client facing and infrastructure solutions related to the Virtual Desktop remote computing use caseHelp identify and develop new client facing and infrastructure solutions related to the end user experience, service level agreements, key performance indicators, infrastructure health reports, etc.Understand current demand and future business trends to forecast demand and identify investment needs in a pro-active mannerAct as the technical primary point of contact during third-level Operational Stability incidentsResponsible for leading and at times conducting product evaluations for sanctioned projectsResponsible for leading vendor technical management, such as coordination of feature requests, resolution of bugs and chronic technical support resolutionTrend analysis & modeling and benchmarking as appropriateIdentifying new & delivering cost savings initiativesLead vendor relationship managementEstablishing/maintaining teamwork We can offer you an exciting, fast-paced working environment, a culture of mutual respect and teamwork and the opportunity to play a vital role in our growth.
