For more information, please visit www.Fiserv.com POSITION PURPOSE: Manage international corporate income tax matters, including tax return compliance, planning, and tax accounting for Fiserv, Inc. and subsidiaries under the direction of AVP-International Tax. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:Reports To: AVP – International TaxPeers: Corporate Tax Manager - DomesticPrimary Working Relationships: Financial Managers and their staff.RESPONSIBILITIES: For each of the following, timely and accurate, minimizing tax liabilities to the extent allowable under law, minimizing risks and maintaining appropriate written documentation. 1. *Manage process of developing, analyzing, and tracking international items for US federal income tax return, extensions, and quarterly estimates for Fiserv, Inc. and subsidiaries. 2. *Manage process and review quarterly tax account analyses related to international. Develop and document FIN 48 positions.3. *Develop and implement process improvements in the international tax area.4. *Assist with the development and implementation of tax planning opportunities related to foreign operations. 5. *Develop international responses for IRS and state audits. Assist with dispute resolution of audit issues.6. *Advise Fiserv domestic and international business units regarding foreign tax related issues, policies and procedures. Transition new international business operations. 7. *Monitor current and proposed, US and foreign, tax law and tax accounting changes. Proactively identify and assess changes with an impact on Fiserv. 8. *Special projects, including coordinating external advisors, tax research, and assistance on international tax due diligence.9.
