The Financial Institition (FI) Trainer will educate and motivate FI management and staff through kick-off events, training, and coaching. Training is conducted both in-person and via web-based programming in relation to BancVue products and services. A creative thinker committed to helping evolve our processes and sharing best practices. Strong interpersonal skills, communication and time management are a must.  Individual must also be willing to reach across all departments when needed to help make our processes more effective and efficient. Knowledge of the sales process, consumer buying cycle, and  expert presentation skills a must. Individual should have the flexibility and energy to travel 5 days a week. 

 

Basic requirements are any combination equivalent to a bachelors degree from an accredited University or college.  A High school degree and 6 years of training experience is comparable.  Excellent presentation skills, excellent verbal and written skills, excellent organizational skills and a zeal for educating and partnering with our clients is necessary for success in this job.
