TELEPHONE BANKING SPECIALISTS
FULL-TIME $12.87 to $14.00 Per Hour You will: provide customers with information on products, services and special campaigns; resolve inquiries and issues; process customer requests for basic financial transactions; attain goals for total quality management; take direct ownership for satisfying customers by making independent decisions within defined parameters; communicate customer comments and suggestions to team leaders. One year or more of experience in a Call Center environment is preferred. You need to have: excellent customer service and communication skills; good PC skills; ability to multi-task while learning and adapting to a fast-paced environment; flexible availability including Saturdays; effective abilities with time management and organization. Bi-lingual fluency in Spanish and English a plus.
