Supervisor, Call Center

The Pittsburgh Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking an experienced Supervisor in the Treasury Retail Securities Department, Call Center. Responsibilities of this position include providing first-level supervision and direction of call center staff, leading multiple projects, providing customer support and successfully directing others while providing exceptional team building direction.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a demonstrated record of high volume call center supervisory experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, experience managing projects and proven customer service experience. Exceptional collaborative team building and work relations skills along with the ability to successfully direct others is critical.
A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years related work experience are required. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills are also required. Experience with quality monitoring and recording systems is preferred. Selected applicants may be required to complete job related assessments.
