Supervisor - Account Maintenance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other job related duties may be assigned. • Manage daily workload of Loan Servicing processing, deferments, forbearances, repayment start dates and other tasks by scheduling staff accordingly. • Verifies and communicates details of loan servicing processes. • Develop and monitor progress against team goals. Develop reward and recognition program with Senior Management to reward and encourage exceptional performance. • Performs call monitoring and evaluation with appropriate feedback and documentation per company and departmental guidelines. • Train new staff to insure knowledge of systems procedures and departmental policies. • Work with Training Department and other management to identify follow up training needs to improve individual and departmental performance • Assist staff in development and achievement of goals set forth in their performance evaluations. • Manage projects, monitoring progress and completion. Provide appropriate communication to management about assigned projects. • Continuously monitor skills and abilities of staff for appropriate assignments within department. • Develop and maintain policy and procedure manuals for supervisory and departmental job functions. • Monitors and provides management reports on a variety of Servicing performance metrics. Understands implications of metrics and makes recommendation based on this understanding. • Motivates values of quality assurance among team members. • Codes data for input to financial data processing system according to company procedures. • Assists employees and customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services. • Ensures departmental compliance with applicable laws, regulations and departmental policies.Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Sales environment preferred. Minimum 3 years experience with a CRM.
