Strategic Account Manager - Digital Insight

So we seek an entrepreneurial zealot who can change the world with his/her vision and relentless executioners drive. He/she has demonstrated a deep understanding of customer needs and turning that insight into one or more online products to meet those needs, and the ability to knock down barriers in order to "make it happen". Digital Insight, an Intuit company (NASDAQ: INTU), headquartered in Calabasas, CA, is the leading online banking provider to over 1700 banks and credit unions nationwide.

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with executive level decision makers in Digital Insight’s top tier clients for the specific purpose of contractual continuity and increasing revenue generation through the sale of additional products and services. The Strategic Account Manager will be assigned a territory comprised of approximately 35 of Digital Insight’s top revenue producing clients. A revenue quota is assigned to each territory.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Minimum of 3 on-site client visits per client per year to review current programs and conduct analysis of current business processes with an effort towards securing multiple product relationships to enhance renewal chances.
• Preparation of proposals and presentations for specific recommendations for programs, services, and products
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client while coordinating Digital Insight resources required to service the clients and deliver products
• Serve as an escalation point for operational issues that must be resolved to avoid negatively impacting the relationship.
• Maintain an expertise on Digital Insights products and Services by participation in official training programs as well as self-education on a continuing basis.
• Negotiate pricing on renewals, products, and services both internally and externally.
• Attend conferences as required to network, establish and maintain relationships.
• Represent Digital Insight at trade shows.
• Establish and maintain relationships with partners of mutual clients.
• The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for educating clients on the business benefits of Digital Insight’s products and services.
• The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for generating revenue in their assigned accounts by securing sales of add-on products deemed as strategic products.
• The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for securing contract renewals of their existing clients at a favorable margin.
• The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for revenue growth in existing clients by creating and managing strategies to improve end user adoption and bill pay penetration.
• The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for educating clients on the business benefits of Digital Insight’s products and services.


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years experience in the financial services industry in a sales and/or account management role with demonstrated revenue quota achievement
• Superior communication skills to facilitate establishing executive level relationships with clients; an understanding of ASP solutions; excellent organizational skills to manage multiple simultaneous projects in multiple customers.
• General working knowledge of Microsoft applications Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Pivotal.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently from remote locations.
