Strong knowledge in MVS/DB2 and SQL, Experience reading COBOL programs is also preferredStrong leadership and communication skills are also required. Client experience is a plus. "Responsible for mitigating risk to Client's production environment. This is done by providing the services, skills, and resources necessary to enable and ensure pending modifications are thoroughly tested and are of relative high quality. Experienced at deriving trends and analyzing feedback to improve products* quality. Duties include: (1) Communicating and ensuring resolution of non-compliance issues; (2)Preparing written reports of findings from all analysis; and (3) Developing and presenting findings to a range of customers. Able to provide staff and management with an objective insight into processes and associated work products. Level 4 - Master: * Viewed as an expert in multiple fields or disciplines. * Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. * Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. * Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product. * Works on unusually complex technical or enterprise-wide problems and develops highly innovative solutions. * Works under consultative direction towards predetermined goals and objectives.
