Sr. Director or Managing Director for Leverage Finance Group of Global Bank in NYC
Premier global bank is seeking a Sr. Director or Managing Director to join their Leverage Finance team in New York City. Candidates must have solid experience with major banks and deep Originations and Execution experience on Lead-Agented, Leverage Finance transactions with Middle Market to Large Cap companies.
Candidates must have strong Private Equity Sponsor relationship contacts or deep industry specific relationship contacts they can bring to the table to originate financing opportunities, and must have demonstrated experience in Lead-Agented, Leveraged Finance transactions where Sr. Debt, High Yield and Mezzanine were a component. Position is with a dynamic Lev Fin group responsible for transactions ranging from $200Million to $1 Billion or more.
Responsibilities include Origination, Structuring and Execution of Lev Fin opportunities with PE Sponsors and Industry Specialty groups. Candidate will be working to provided Leverage Finance, including Sr. Debt, High Yield or Mezzanine debt.
