Job Description:
DebtX is seeking a senior CRE underwriter/deal manager to process and coordinate commercial real estate loan packages, commercial and industrial loans and other corporate debt for sale by DebtX clients. Responsibilities include the organization, underwriting and management of loan sale files from engagement through sale closing.
Candidate should have 5-7 years experience in commercial real estate underwriting and/or commercial bank lending. Ideal candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills and excellent computer skills.
