Sr. Business Analyst- Private Credit Strategy

 

We are searching for a Sr. Business Analyst to work in our Reston, VA headquarters division within the Private Credit Strategy department.  The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical input, insight and developing “so whatâ€� conclusions into the channel and competitive strategy process.  The analyst will be responsible for leading the effort to build a comprehensive database that contains a 360 degree view of our competition and industry, as well as generation of regular reports for various audiences.  This person will work closely with multiple groups across the company to define existing research, identify information gaps and provide recommendations on how that information can be acquired and incorporated into the central repository.  This person will also be responsible data quality, identifying update cycles and coordinating with other information owners; as well as for providing in-depth analysis and recommendations to the senior management team. The incumbent will have hands-on competitive analysis responsibility and he/she will provide analytical insight in the development of business cases for new ideas generated within the group.  Lastly, he or she will be asked to provide analytical contribution to the school segmentation project as needed.

 

Requirements include 5-7 years work experience, including experience in business analysis as well as an undergraduate degree.  The incumbent will require demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and report on findings as well as experience presenting quantitative and qualitative data to different audiences.  Good communication and leadership skills are also a must.
