For more information, please visit www.prudential.com Manage acitivities for Senior Vice President and other staff members including but not limited to travel, meetings/appointments, expenses, servicing incoming calls. Process leave of absence, promotions, vacation time for sales management teams ensuring all records are accurate and current. Review expense reimbursement requests from various groups for accuracy and policy adherence. Facilitate onboarding program for new hires, transfers and terminations within the sales arena. Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant Experience in the Financial Services Industry preferred Advanced proficiency with Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint Ability to identify/anticipate needs and proactively provide support Ability to handle confidential information Excellent organizational and communication skills Attention to detail, high level of initiative and motivation Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines The Prudential Insurance Company of America and its affiliates, Newark, New Jersey are Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employers and are committed to diversity in our workforce.
