Monitors loan accounts to ensure appropriate reflection of payments and delinquencies. Provides foreclosure approval and research support to the foreclosure/bankruptcy department.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES  Sets up and prepares new account files. Maintains files and reports, including filing, copying and updating customer information.· Determines which reports, documents, or application should be included in file. Reviews and verifies documents for completion, accuracy and validity of information.· Determines which items are incomplete and whom to contact for additional information. Researches and adjust misapplied payments.· Decides where to collect necessary information and when it is appropriate to adjust or reapply payments. Analyzes legal documents to ensure activities are in compliance.· Determines and calculate payment penalties, if applicable. Assists customers with questions regarding delinquent payments, penalties, and disbursements.· Determines how to address the customer’s questions by researching discrepancies or direct the customer to appropriate party.  ADDITIONAL DIVISION- AND/OR DEPARTMENT-SPECIFIC DUTIES:  Sets up and distributes delinquent loan reports for foreclosure review. Obtains additional information and research as needed to support the foreclosure review process. Maintaining document imaging and document retrieval. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).  KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks. Strong oral and written communication abilities. Excellent Customer Service skills. Ability to adapt to change. Works well under time constraints.Loan Processor or Funder with FHA and VA experience.
