Special Project Consultant 1 - CS Re-Eng & Production Improvement ERBP$

Special Project Consultant for U.S. Bank   Position can be based in Bellevue, WA or Saint Paul, MN.  Utilize workflow tools (productivity reporting, time tracking, statistics reporting, staffing models, capacity planning models, process mapping, and simulation/Arena software); provide efficiency/productivity recommendations to bank operations as an internal consultant; ensure productivity improvement goals are met; and recommend revisions to internal productivity/quality programs. Conduct analysis of business needs with SME’s, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations.  Utilize PC software including database, word processing, spreadsheet, process mapping and presentation software packages to communicate, illustrate, measure and facilitate process improvement. Contribute to the development and implementation of long range production re-engineering changes, operational projects, and standardization of operational procedures.  May serve as a project lead. Position requires MS in Industrial Engineering and 1-3 years of work experience; or BS in Industrial Engineering and 5+ years of work experience.
