They offer an extensive line of Internet, software, and print-based products for individual investors, financial advisors, and institutional clients.
Our client is a trusted source for insightful information on stocks, mutual funds, variable annuities, closed-end funds, exchange-traded funds, separate accounts, hedge funds, and 529 college savings plans. With operations in 16 countries, they currently provide data on more than 250,000 investment offerings worldwide.
YOUR POSITION:
Our client’s Data Services business is expanding its Institutional Investment Software sales team. This involves creating long-range territory plans and quarterly forecasts; conducting client and business research; prospecting; performing product demonstrations and presentations; and closing contracts. You will represent our client to sophisticated institutional-level clients and must embody their values in these interactions. You will also be expected to build strong internal relationships by consistently developing account strategies with product development, account management, and across teams. You will diligently update the contact databases and CRM system for prospecting and recordkeeping.
Our client’s suite of institutional software products is designed to meet the needs of institutional investors. Their service is a Web-based global research platform optimized for competitive analysis, manager and security selection, and portfolio management. They have another software product that integrates historical data analysis, strategic asset allocation, forecasting, style analysis, portfolio attribution, and a wide array of statistical and graphical analyses into one platform.
