Description:About the OpportunityThe skip trace position entails using various tools to locate account holders in which we do not have valid contact information. Contact with account holders will be made through using an Autodial system and manual calling on accounts. Once contact has been made with the account holder, normal collection effort is completed. Job Function:Utilize various tools to locate delinquent account holders who do not have correct contact information. Adhere to collection laws and internal guidelines. Update and document account information. Collection of debt once contact is made with account holder. Analyze customer financial information. Utilize an automated dialing system in effort to make contact with customers.
