Site Manager

Position Summary:  Responsible for overall business operations assigned to the site including all functional areas for all shifts and all site general support functions.  This includes staff leadership, P&L management, facilities management, and ensuring quality standards, production goals and client service level agreements are met and/or exceeded.

 

 

Essential Job Duties:

 

· Develop, implement and monitor production efficiency and quality standards and other operating goals and action plans; lead team to meet established goals and client service level agreements. 

· Maintain a pristine overall control environment (e.g. info security, physical security, quality control, etc.) including sufficient documentation of controls and administration of regular control testing.

· Manage site P&L to operate within budget guidelines and drive margin improvements.

· Staff leadership including effective performance management, coaching, training, communications and enforcing company policies and procedures.

· Lead cross-functional and cross-site teams to develop and implement process improvements.

· Remain current on latest technology and services offered within the industry to ensure the company’s competitive advantage within the market is intact

· Participate in client and prospective client visits and support sales staff as required.

· Partner with sales and product delivery staff to determine pricing and responses to RFP’s.

· Manage vendor relations.

· Ensure site is operating in a “clean and organized� manner.

 

Knowledge, skills and work experience needed to successfully complete essential job duties.

 

· Able to drive and execute organizational change (technical and cultural).

· 10 + years of management experience in financial transaction processing preferred.

· Demonstrated leadership success including staff coaching and development, team leadership, conflict resolution, innovation, risk taking, and strategic planning with an ability to get results.

· Superior verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills.

· Superior organization and problem solving skills; ability to multi-task.

· Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external partnerships to achieve results.  Demonstrated client relationship management skills.

· Effective influence management, negotiation and decision making skills.

· Project management skills and ability to meet demands of changing business requirements.

· Strong team player that is flexible with a “can do� attitude

· Ability to motivate large groups and create a work environment that values collaboration as well as individual accountability.

· Flexibility to cover the needs of the business for all shifts.

· Bachelors degree or equivalent; ability to travel as needed.
